Designed for supervisory and management positions, the CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support course typically interests those who want to advance their careers in the industry they already work in, or further develop skills and knowledge acquired through previous study. This course has 15 Units of Competency including 3 Electives. Ready Health Nursing College has Clinical Labs with 8 hospital and nursing home beds with mannequins, medication trolleys, WHS equipment, PPE, etc., ensuring that the additional job requirements in HLTINF001 – Comply with infection prevention and control policies and procedures and the new HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, is also completed to afford entry into the industry. On completion students are supported with writing of their CVs, with preparation for Interviews and assistance with job applications.
